getting excited....

....about our trip to disney world!!

yup, that's right in less than 45 days this little princess will get to meet the *real* princesses and all the other awesome characters!! to say we are all really excited is a bit of an understatement...this is the kids' first trip & brett and i haven't been since our honeymoon...we are beyond ready to go!
and to make the trip even more memorable....my whole family will be joining us!....yup, we are considered a *grand gathering*....like someone needed to tell us we're grand..haha :) there will be eleven total....6 big 'uns & 5 little 'uns....fun, fun!

grant wanted to get in on the dressing up action......glad he chose his fireman suit instead of a princess dress! and seeing as he was ready to fight fires, he had to give his daddy a hand with ours...

now that we've gotten a hand on this fire thing, we have really enjoyed having a fire on these cold january days!!

i hope everyone has a good week coming up.....i will get a two day break of no sports & then brett starts up spring football practice....ugh....i mean seriously, it's february ~ not spring by any means!! oh well....and he also has one more team he will be coaching this spring....audrey's softball team! this should make for an interesting season ~ at least going to these games will be a family affair!

family bowling night....

was a blast.....finally!!

we got together last night with people from my work & their families....and i say finally because we had to wait for quite a while to get lanes....but once we did we had a lot of fun! there were laughs, falls, tears, sore muscles & rear-ends and an overall great time!

today was just a low key kinda day.....well, other than miss priss.....she had a birthday party at sweet & sassy to attend!!

i unfortunately had to work this morning.....that really should be against the law or something on saturday mornings!....so i did not get to see the girls all dolled up.....i know they were quite the sight though :)

After my most recent phone call today I began doing a bit of researching myself......people, WAKE UP!! This is a scam, scam, scam!! You are NOT going to make $6, 397 a month, you are NOT going to get rich quick....but you WILL get taken advantage of miserably!!

Obviously, there is another Kelly Richards in Birmingham, AL.....Obviously I AM NOT HER! Or people, obviously they are just scamming you and there is no.such.person!!

Please stop calling my house....Do not leave another message.....Do not call back immediately after I told you I am not her!!

slacker....

....yup that's me....a slacker....slacking on posting.....slacking on picture taking.....gasp!

we ventured over to georgia this weekend.....brett & i were able to enjoy an awesome *adult* dinner with blake and meghan.....Char 88 ~ yum-o!....then sunday afternoon we had the honor to shower casey & lori with love, food & lots of gifts for their sweet baby girl soon to come!! we are so excited for them....they are going to be wonderful parents :)

of course, there was lots of visiting with mimi & pops....good times!! on our way out of town we were able to stop by and visit stacy & her new sweet baby boy carter....precious, precious...

i swear, all this baby stuff & new babies everywhere is almost enough to give you the *itch* again......ummm, yeah i said ALMOST....as i sat there last night in the floor of the bathroom with grant singing potty songs, praying he would use the potty like a big boy, i remembered just how blessed....and content.....i am with my two little angels....a term i use quite loosely these days!!

gymnastics kicked back up today.....my little *shawn johnson* moved up to the next level....you go girl! she really loves gymnastics and we really love her knew outfit...thanks again grams!

audrey has two of her sweet friends in her class this time....yeah! they are going to have so much fun!!

and seeing as she moved up she goes an extra 30 minutes.....which means brother gets to join us for the last little bit....he was too cute yelling at his sissy ~ "you done yet? you done yet?"....yeah, softball should be quite interesting this year with little man...
