almost done....

well, i finally caved this afternoon and put up our christmas decorations......i love our house when it is decorated....it's just the *getting it* decorated part i do not love.....oh and don't even get me started on the coming down part!!......i am very fortunate to have an eager daughter who wanted to help and a husband who didn't mind doing his share....whew, that makes a difference! we are almost done.....we will pick out a tree this weekend and my mom will bring me the last box of decorations....i realized today little by little that i was missing stuff....after a call to mom i realized we left a box at her house.....typical.....oh well, it probably wouldn't have fit in the car anyway :)

of all the decor.....this is my absolute favorite.....

....willow tree nativity....so rustic, so simple, so beautiful.....i loved putting this up this year with audrey....great teaching experience, though miss priss remembered almost everything! i love teaching my kids and instilling in them the real reason for the season....
