...for my nephew, his parents and our entire family!
friday after all the *activities* at sissy's school we headed down for a very special activity.....my nephew payton being baptized!....such a beautiful sight to see...
payton decided he would rather have a small service with just family & friends friday night instead of during sunday morning service....everyone was asked to come up close to the baptismal so they could all see and be a part of his special moment....so not to make it too emotional, big man decided to break the ice ~ we were waiting for payton and his dad to come out and brother asked his aunt lisa if there were fish in that water!...gotta love it :)
we are so proud of payton!!
these boys below have been friends forever!....i have been watching them grow up along with payton....such fine young men :)

my sister had everyone back to her house for dinner...i think this cookie cake says it best...
and yes, his uncle brett was there, he just didn't make the pics!.....unfortunately as soon as the ceremony was over he had to head to the local doc~in~a~box for a steriod shot & cortisone to go....again this year he has been overtaken by a terrible case of poison ivy....awful!!
