yesterday afternoon we kicked off the fall football season with brett's team scrimmage...big man LOVED an opportunity to wear his jersey.....matter of fact he will probably have it on for every game and sleep in it too!!
he was so pitiful the other night...he looked up at brett & i and with big ol' alligator tears and cried, "i wanna grow up now!!"...when we asked him why he cried, "cause i wanna play football now!"...bless him, he doesn't understand that it will be here before he knows it ~ but we do.

So cute!!! I remember well the days of going to cheer my daddy's team on! Good memories:) I know your kids will treasure theirs too! And Samuel is always telling us he wants to be a grown up. Ha!
