....so after a fun-filled saturday of the ALS walk, zoo & mall for the kiddos with their mimi & lots of football, we thought we would chill a bit today....after church the girls went out for a little fun...sissy and i were on a mission to complete her halloween costume.....but first, we stopped by the Taste of the Summit....yum-o! and such a great fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society....
they had a GREAT little kids area set up too with balloon animals, face painting & a mcwane science center area....they really went all out for miss priss, pulling inspiration from her shirt!
....after the food tasting we finished our mission....THE halloween costume....usually we have pretty easy, low key costumes....well, not this year...miss priss wants to be a pig!....yup, a pink pig.....hmm, that's not so easy.....but we did it, with a bit of a twist!!....and you will have to wait until halloween for those pics :) but here is one hint.....think pink piggie princess!
once we got home it was playtime!! the boys were already outside enjoying the day, so sissy joined right in...
brother man had been doing some yardwork with his daddy.....he was a dirty ol' boy & i loved every minute of it!!....i just had to snap a few pics of my boy...
i mean....how cute is he?!?!
and for the fun....a few more pics....sorry, he was just too cute :) plus, here is just another reason why i won't cut his hair....i mean, look at those messy blonde locks....oh i love them! and that little curl in the back...sweet goodness!!
yes, i will get it trimmed soon.....but i just needed these pics to remind me of this sweet, sweet time...he is getting too big, too fast!
