hanging out...

saturday was just a hanging out day.....rainy, drizzly, dreary day ~ good for just hanging.....we did venture out to the vestavia hills art show....audrey loved looking at all the beautiful artwork...one artist in particular, She-She, took a lot of time with her showing her the paintings and even letting her touch some of them...we also found a awesome artist who does art classes....she happens to be starting a class for audrey's age - yeah!! if you were to ask audrey what she wants to be when she grows up she always says an artist.....love it!

after a stroll around homewood....and savage's for cookies of course.....we headed back to the house for football & hanging.....audrey, inspired from the art show, worked on crafts and grant was ridin' his horsie all around the living room....

....brett and i were able to enjoy some time with friends at night while grams stayed and enjoyed the kids....like i said, just a day of hanging.....and it was nice....
